Founded by educator Kelsey Kosan, Fostering Student Growth was created with a simple mission: to provide personalized instruction that helps students gain confidence, strengthen academic skills, and discover their potential.
Kelsey is a Massachusetts-certified educator with more than 16 years of teaching and intervention experience. She has worked with students across the United States, including families in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Florida, California, and Washington. Through personalized virtual instruction, she provides individualized support in reading, writing, math, and academic skill development for students in grades K–8.
Every student begins with a diagnostic assessment, allowing instruction to be tailored to their individual strengths, challenges, and goals. This personalized approach helps students build skills, confidence, and a foundation for long-term success.
